Alias in Wonderland
As part of the group exhibition “Alias in Wonderland”, the piece “216 Minutes” features a nested looping stage performance. The footage of individual takes is arranged in a grid-like pattern while playing simultaneously. Moving within a video feedback projection, the actor created 36 repetitions while following the identical set of instructions. The overall exhibition design of “Alias in Wonderland” features haptic user interfaces, which serve as real-life links to the digital nature of the artworks. Visitors are able to access additional video or audio content of the artworks, by placing the physical alias within designated areas of the exhibition space.
