BMW Escape Room

This project centers around an immersive, gamified training experience at the BMW Headquarters in Munich, specifically within the Research and Development department. The installation consists of two identical training rooms designed with dynamic interaction and minimalist architectural principles in mind.

Each room features a 360-degree projection, where the four walls are seamlessly mapped with visuals, complemented by integrated touch monitors embedded directly into the walls. These interactive surfaces allow users to engage with the environment, adding a layer of user-driven interaction that elevates the experience. A dedicated sound system enhances the spatial experience, while a smart-glass wall provides additional control, transitioning from transparent to opaque with electronic adjustment.

The design invites participants into a futuristic, virtual production line. As the game unfolds, the team must work together to solve challenges that simulate a live production process, requiring real-time coordination and problem-solving to keep the system running smoothly. The puzzles are designed to be solved only through collaboration, fostering team spirit among individuals from different departments.

This interactive space blurs the line between physical architecture and digital experience, creating an environment where users not only engage with a game but also build stronger relationships and understanding across departments. The project reflects a deep commitment to blending innovative design with a powerful, team-building purpose, ensuring an engaging and dynamic experience for all participants.
